Steve Rimar is a data analytics expert, technology evangelist, entrepreneur, and engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the software engineering, business intelligence, and IT industries. Steve has earned multiple honors including being published in CNN, NBC, Investor’s Business Daily, InformationWeek, Accenture’s Annual Report, Qualcomm’s Report About People and holds two U.S. patents. Steve’s experience and industry recognition within the data analytics field provided him the opportunity to found Analytica Consulting in 2014.
Steve and his team have done a great job setting up and supporting our Tableau environment and developer community here at illumina. They provide on-site formal Tableau training sessions every other month, and have a dedicated consultant here every week working with various business groups on developing dashboards. What we value the most is that Analytica helps our developers adhere to best practices and ensures our data sources are managed and governed appropriately. Analytica was hired to assist with developing a platform in Qlik enabling us to streamline and standardize our quality metric reporting across our 40+ sites.
